Whatever type of portable butane camping stove or other butane stove you choose to use, one of the most important things to remember is to make sure you have enough butane to last your entire trip. Because each eight ounce canisters can produce approximately two and a half hours of energy, you will need several canisters. These canisters can either be purchased or refilled and are not very expensive. Some of the prices that have been listed for refills are as little as eight bucks.
A portable butane stove can be a life-saver during a camping trip, outing, power surge, or other reason. It can get you out of a jam, when you have guests over and not enough burners to quickly and efficiently cook a nice hot and home cooked meal for everyone. You do not have to live in the woods for a week eating sandwiches anymore!
